The following accounts are submitted to the Credit Bureau of Borger for collection. We agree to pay the regular collection fee whether the debtor pays us, or the Credit Bureau of Borger. Claims can only be released upon written request or agreement of the Credit Bureau. A listing fee based on our expense may be imposed on accounts requested to be cancelled or returned.

A collection contract is required. Upon receipt of this collection sheet(s), you will be mailed a contract to be signed before we begin collection efforts and reporting on the consumer's credit. We are a nationwide collection and credit reporting agency. We do not collect for individuals, only business consumer debts.
