Welcome to the Borger Credit Bureau, your nationwide collection system since 1933!  We were set up by Borger Merchants who needed for a reliable source that would collect data for reviewing payment histories and for collecting delinquent accounts.

The Borger Credit Bureau would like to invite you to call us any time that we can be of assistance to you.

Collection Department

We collect delinquent accounts for businesses and for financial institutions.  There are no set up fees, but a contract is required.  The collections are processed daily, and we contact the consumer if a phone number is available.  Most collection agencies will only pay you monthly, but we issue your check on the very day that we receive the consumer's payment.  Our commission rate is 25% of the amount collected.  If we do not collect, you are not charged.

Our system is set up to accept payment plans for the consumer who is unable to pay in full.  We send out three notices to the consumer before the delinquency is automatically placed on their credit report.  This automatic report is nationwide.  Our collections are reported to all four national credit repositories: Equifax, Experian, Innovis, and SarmaTransunion.  After the consumer's debt is on file, we continue to send notices that the account needs immediate attention. 

The delinquency on their report not only lets the next creditor know that you had a problem, but it often puts the consumer in a position where they need to pay the debt before receiving credit from financial institutions. This is an excellent lever to insure that the consumer will pay their just debt to you.
